Detail itinerary

Day 1 – Hanoi arrival
Arrive at Hanoi airport and welcomed by our friendly guide then transfered to hotel. Enjoy welcome and romantic dinner at one of the best restaurants in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi(D).

Day 2 – Hanoi citytour
Enjoy a halfday city tour of Vietnam’s capital. Hanoi is a unique city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental temples. The city tour includes almost historial sites and our guide with rich knowledge will help you understand the most of Hanoi as well as Vietnam . The afternoon is dedicated to the discovery of the city's old quarters on foot but you can also navigate the lively and busy '36 streets' on a cyclo.  Finish your day with another romantic dinner with candle light at a fancy restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi. (B,L,D)

Day 3 – Hanoi-Halong bay (Overnight cruise)
After breakfast, leave Hanoi by road for Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong at around noon then board the traditional sailing junk. Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Visit the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Alternatively journey to Dau Go Cave and nearby see the famous stalagmites and stalactites of Thien Cung Cave. Enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay at any spot that you wish to visit. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner. Overnight on board junk. (B,L,D)

Day 4 – Halong bay (Overnight cruise)
Early morning, enjoy Tai Chi on the sundeck before having breakfast then transferred by tender to the “Day Boat” and begin to cruise to some of Halong Bay’s more untouched locales. Enjoy a leisurely day of kayaking, cave exploring and swimming. A multi-course lunch will be served mid-day. Pack lightly; swimwear and a set of dry clothes, and as there are different activities during the day bring both shoes (such as trainers) and flip-flops or sandals. Dinner on board and enjoy evening activities include: film entertainment (on some boats) in the dining room at 21.00, board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. Passengers may also try their luck at squid fishing from the boat. Overnight on board junk(B,L,D)

Day 5 – Halong Bay-Hanoi    Danang-Hoian
Wake up to fresh coffee and a wholesome breakfast before cruising back to Halong City. En route the junk weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even General de Gaulle’s nose! After another wonderful brunch on board disembark at the dock at Halong City. Transfer to Hanoi airport for a short flight to Danang airport. Met on arrival at Danang and transferred to your hotel in Hoian. Overnight in Hoian. (B,Br)

Day 6 – Hoian cooking class
After breakfast, depart for a half-day cooking class at Tra Que, a charming village in Hoi An's rustic outskirts of Hoian. Spend the morning working with the villagers as they show you the ways to harvest and prepare fresh vegetables for meals. Cook a lunch of Vietnamese dishes with your hosts before enjoying the fruits of your labour. Return to Hoi An town for a leisurely afternoon. Overnight in Hoian(B,L)

Day 7 – Hoian free
Breakfast at your hotel, today, you are free at leisure to visit ancient streets full of art galleries and silk shops or enjoy the hotel facilities and relax by the hotel’s pool. Overnight in Hoi An. (B)

Day 8 – Hoian-Danang    Nhatrang
After breakfast, free at leisure till transferred to Danang airport for a short flight to Nhatrang, famous beach for its golden stretches of sand, crystal clear waters and idyllic islands. Met on arrival and transferred to your beachfront resort. Rest of day to relax on the resort’s private beach or sip a cocktails at the pool bar. Overnight in Nhatrang(B)

Day 9 – Nhatrang island discovery & snorkeling
Leave hotel after breakfast to boat station for boarding a private boat to visit 3 or 4 islands with the most beautiful corals. Enjoy lunch on the island. Chilling out on the beach.....then visit the fishing village before returning to Nha Trang. The rest of time is to pamper your self with rejuvenating treatments at the resort’s Spa. Overnight in Nhatrang(B,L)

Day 10 – Nhatrang free & easy
Breakfast at your hotel, a free day for you to relax on beach or enjoy a cable car ride from mainland to the island to visit Vin Pearl amusement park on Hon Tre island with Vietnam’s largest Aquarium, 4D theatre, extreme activities…or visit Hon Tam island to enjoy sports such as balloon, yatch, water sports..Overnight in Nhatrang(B)

Day 11 – Nhatrang Hochiminh city(Hcmc)
After breakfast, free at leisure till being transfered to Danang Airport for the short flight to dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals. The city tour takes in the city’s visiting places beginning with the former Presidential Palace then the War Museum from there on you will go on foot (the car will be available at all times) to visit the major sights of colonial Ho Chi Minh City: the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall. The rest of time is free at your leisure to explore this dynamic city on your own pace. Overnight in HCMC(B,L)

Day 12 – Hochiminh city -Mekong delta(Overnight cruise on Mekong river)
Today, leave the hustle and bustle of the city and head for the rustic countryside in Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, board the private 'Song Xanh', a small but luxurious boat that allows you to discover the narrow canals and tributaries with ease. you will be able to observe how rice paste, coconut candies and other specialties are traditionally made and you will visit Cai Be floating market, local market, ancient house and especially the home of Mr Huyen Thuy Le, the 'lover' in Marguerite Duras' famous novel. In the afternoon, head to Can Tho on your sampan, visiting a Cao Dai temple en-route. As the sun sets, enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner in an ancient house dating from the early 19th century before cruising to your anchor point for the night (B,L,D)

Day 13 – Mekong delta-Hochiminh city
Your breakfast will be served on board at approximately 07am, while approaching Cai Rang floating market, actually the largest in the whole Mekong delta. You will pass by countless sampan boats carrying sand, rice, fruits and vegetables, fish, flowers… showing an intense activity on the river. The cruise journey will end at around 10am at Ninh Kieu pier after a visit at Can Tho local market then transferred to back to Saigon by car. Arrival at Saigon at mid-afternoon, check in at your hotel and free at leisure (B)

Day 14 – Hochiminh city  departure
Free at leisure till being transferred to the airport . End of service (B)
