Detailed itinerary

 Day 1 : Saigon – Sa Dec -  Chau Doc (L)
This morning, leave the hustle and bustle of the big city behind as the scenery is gradually replaced with rice paddies and rural villages on your drive to Chau Doc. Stop en route in the town of Sa Dec where you will visit the lush gardens and fruit orchards of a local family and Kien An Cung Pagoda before having lunch in the former house of Huynh Thuy Le who is the main character in Marguerite Dura’s novel. After reaching Chau Doc, transfer to the top of Sam Mountain, a popular pilgrimage site, where you will enjoy sweeping views of the countryside as the sun sets.
Overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 2 : Chau Doc – Can Tho ( L)
This morning visit Chau Doc's busy local market where vendors come to sell fish, rice and a variety of other goods. Travel by boat to the Chau Giang District to visit a tiny mosque and weaving village of the Cham people. As you continue the cruise through the Delta's waterways, discover hidden temples, floating houses and the tranquil rhythms of Delta life. Return to land for the drive to Can Tho stopping en route to visit the bamboo basket-making hamlet of Long Thanh.

Optional : We are highly recommend 3 hours tour to TRA SU CAJUPUT FOREST which is renowned for not only its almost-untouched natural beauty but also its sanctuary of flora and fauna. Take a boat trip into the forest, you will immediately feel like you are harmonising with nature because of all of the impressive pictures of cajuputs, the fragrance of the flowers and the music-like noise of birds, insects and animals making people relaxed comfortable. From the observation post, you can overlook the forest with an area of nearly 900 ha, home of many birds and animals, including some rare ones. Have lunch in forest, relax on hammock or experience monkey bridge…and Surcharge for this option will be apllied

Day 3 : Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City (L)
This morning, cruise to Cai Rang floating market, taking in the traditional sights such as rice barges, traditional shipyards and tropical fruits drying along the river banks along the way. After a visit to the colorful floating market, check out and disembark before the return to Ho Chi Minh City.
