We offer a delicious overview of Ho Chi Minh City's best street food, featuring eight to over ten delicious dishes. The tour takes place in a bustling “hẻm” filled with food vendors who have spent decades perfecting their special dishes. They narrate tales about the local neighborhood and the ways in which history has shaped the culinary landscape. Some of the dishes may have flavors reminiscent of France, China, or Korea.

The tour aims to give participants confidence to try street food independently and deepen their understanding of Vietnamese culture and history and takes place in a foodie hẻm, where they walk through the chaos of motorbikes, bicycles, kids, grandmas, street soccer, hairdressers, and drink stations.
