RATES/ VALIDITY

All rates quoted to Clients are net (non-commissionable) and in U.S dollars at current rates of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice. The validity of these rates are mentioned at each package tour or service

PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Before travelling, your clients must ensure that they comply with the requirements needed in term of:

• Passport (Validity of minimum 6 months after the return, children, etc…)
• Visa (Compulsory before entering Vietnam)
• Health requirements for the countries they intend to visit, vaccinations, preventive treatments…
• Travel insurance covering medical expenses & repatriation.

Pls note that we can assist guests in obtaining the entry visa to Vietnam.

CHILDREND POLICY

• Child is under 5 years olds: Free of Charge
• Child is from 5 – under 11 years old: 75% per adult rate
• Child is from 11 year up: as per adult rate

RESERVATION FEES

No reservation fee per booking will be charged. Even if only hotel reservations are required,

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the latest 30 days prior to arrival. If booked less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Payments are to be made according to our invoices and should be executed by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

By bank transfer: The client or agent is responsible for paying any bank fees assessed by the sending bank in connection with transfers to ADT.

Pay with a credit card using a State Bank of Vietnam-secured online payment gateway.

DEPOSIT

Deposit is required for MICE (Meeting/Incentive/Conference/Exhibition) groups. Upon confirmation of group reservation, ADT will request a deposit of 50% of the total invoice which must be paid in within 2 weeks at sight of the pro-forma invoice. The balance must be settled latest one month before the groups’ arrival and any cancellation after that is subject to cancellation terms above or cancelation terms of each specific case.

For leisure and series groups, deposit for domestic or international air ticket is also applicable. The balance should be reached to us latest one month prior to the departure date.

The above terms may vary, a required specific amount of deposit will be advised case by case

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations should be made in writing. cancellation fee will not be charged for any booking as less than 30 days or more prior to the arrival of clients unless there any charge or prepayments are due according to the policies of hotels airlines, cruises’ and other contractor’s of ADT

If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, carriers and other contractors of ADT) or refund in full depending on agent’s decision (bank fee is on agent’s side)

TOUR & PACKAGES :

• More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation charge
• Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 10 % of total tour cost
• Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 25 % of total tour cost
• Between 7 days&48 hours before departure:50 % of total tour cost
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 90 % of total tour cost
• No- show:       100% charge

Special conditions: Depending on airlines, hotels and cruises’ cancellation policies, the above conditions may be modified.

HOTEL RESE

• Up to 21 days (for groups) or 7 days (for individuals) prior to arrival in Vietnam: No charge
• From 20-1 days (for groups) or 6-1 days (for individuals): One night charge
• No-show: Full charge of the whole period of booking

LIABILITY

ADT shall always do its utmost to provide the services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the client. ADT acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the services to the client.  ADT is not responsible to the client or agent for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule, or other bad things that happen that are out of ADT’s control or because of someone else’s act or default while providing services to the client. This includes third parties who breach their duties or provide poor services to the client. This includes claims of indemnity, tort, or any other reason. The client/agent warrants that ADT shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.
